You must have your d8b's Electronic Serial Number (ESN). This number is unique to your D8B console, and it is not the serial number label on the rear of the control surface or CPU chassis. Your ESN is displayed at the bottom of the Licensing window which is accessed from the Setup screen.
Note: If you have lost your License Numbers (box-ids), having trouble unlocking, or would like unlocks for "Mackie Mono Delay"
